<p>The programme will work to improve the quality of teaching and learning of foundational
basic skills for marginalised children, including children affected by conflict, rural
girls and children living with disabilities.</p><p>The programme will support communities
to enhance the participation of marginalised children, drawing on approaches such
as promoting community education initiatives and by addressing harmful social and
cultural practices that limit opportunities for marginalised girls and children living
with disabilities.</p>
