answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>The role of the Data Protection Officer in the Department is at present filled on an interim basis, pending substantive recruitment in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation’s Article 39. The interim role holder previously worked as the Department’s Head of Data Privacy and is a qualified Data Protection Practioner.</p><p> </p><p>In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation’s Articles 37 to 39, the Data Protection Officer reports directly to the highest level of management within the Department, including the Permanent Secretary. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/12/2018 answer text <p>The FCO received a request on 27 November for a telephone conversation between the Prime Minister and President Poroshenko, to discuss the situation around the Sea of Azov. The Prime Minister is receiving regular updates on this issue, is following events closely and will engage President Poroshenko as events continue to unfold. Our full diplomatic network is engaging on an international response. We are in very close contact in Kyiv. The Foreign Secretary spoke to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Klimkin on 29 November, when he reaffirmed the UK’s solidarity with Ukraine.
