Our data is indexed by individual grants of funding. One individual may receive multiple grants of funding over the course of their life, and one legal aid certificate may cover more than one legal case.</p><p> </p><p>The MoJ regularly publishes statistical data which includes volumes of successful applications for legal aid funding.
