Information about grant funding and support provided by local authorities to business organisations is not held centrally. Subject to Parliamentary approval, implementing secondary legislation will provide that planning for and implementing the transition to the new unitary council is to be the responsibility of the shadow authority and shadow executive. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2018 answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is currently developing technology appraisal guidance for the National Health Service on the use of Spinraza (nusinersen) for the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).</p><p> </p><p>NICE is in discussion with Biogen (the company that manufactures Spinraza) to determine if there are any commercial flexibilities that could support the company in putting forward a cost-effective price in order for NICE to recommend use of the drug as a clinically and cost-effective use of NHS resources.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England has published an Interim Policy Statement determining the circumstances in which existing patients will be supported to access Spinraza through the Expanded Access Programme (EAP) scheme sponsored by Biogen. It is not usual practice to ring-fence funds for particular topics or conditions. Applications are subject to peer review and judged in open competition, with awards being made on the basis of the importance of the topic to patients and health and care services, value for money and scientific quality.</p><p> </p><p>The following table shows NIHR research into mental health interventions for people with Parkinson’s disease who suffer anxiety and or depression over the last five years is approximately £4.9 million. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2018 answer text <p>Government’s Sporting Future strategy set out how important it is for all children to have a good experience of sport and physical activity while they are young.</p><p> </p><p>Sport England supports children and young people in England by ensuring there is a good sports and activity offer before and after the school day. Sport England has committed up to £194 million of investment into children and young people over the next four years, which includes the Families Fund: up to £40 million invested in projects that offer new opportunities for families with children to be active together. Sport England will also provide specialist training to at least two teachers in every secondary school in England by 2020, and will invest £28m into Satellite Clubs between 2017-2021.</p><p> </p><p>DCMS are working closely with the Department for Education and the Department of Health and Social Care on a new School Sport and Activity Action plan, which will be published in Spring 2019.
