answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2018 answer text <p>It is not possible to identify from centrally held data the number of defendants successfully prosecuted for an offence of avoidance of taxi fares in each year since 2010, as there is no current specific offence for the avoidance of taxi fares.
