answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2018 answer text <p>The Government recognises the importance of evidence for youth work, which is why we are making investments to build and strengthen the evidence base for open access, ‘informal’ youth provision. These plans were published on the Public Accounts Committee website on 3rd November 2017.</p><p>Furthermore, improving governance was one of the key aims of the National Citizen Service Act (2017). Reducing the amount spent on NCS unfilled places is a priority as it will deliver greater value for money for the taxpayer.
