answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/03/2018 answer text <p>The government does not support blanket no-platforming of individuals or organisations who are legally exercising their right to freedom of speech.</p><p> </p><p>Universities have a legal duty to take reasonable steps to ensure freedom of speech, including for visiting speakers under the Education Act (No 2) 1986. The new loan scheme will provide exactly the same level of support and, thus, exactly the same level of protection against repossession. Claimants and mortgage lenders will not see any difference in the payments they receive.</p><p>Recovery of SMI loans will not be sought until the property is sold or transferred. The Unitary Charge revenue payment figures include not just the financing costs (debt repayment and interest) for initial construction but also the costs of all the other services such as building maintenance and support services (cleaning, catering, portering etc.) provided over the lifetime of the contract.
