Where material is harmful, but does not fall under this legislation the Social Media Platforms are governed by their own policy.</p><p>We have been working with industry partners, States and civil society under the High-Level Group on Hate Crime lead by the European Commission. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/03/2018 answer text <p>The government is determined that everyone who is entitled to the National Minimum and Living Wage (NMW) receives it. Anyone who feels they have been underpaid NMW should contact the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1100. HMRC (HM Revenue &amp; Customs) review all complaints that are referred to them.</p><p> </p><p>In 2016-17 HMRC closed 78 NMW investigations where NMW arrears were identified and that were recorded in relation to apprentices. The 75 male and 158 female workers affected would have been a mix of apprentices and regular workers. The report’s publication, and draft Code of Practice, is intended to stimulate further dialogue with industry, academia and civil society over the coming months, with comments sought by 25 April 2018. Goal 8 calls for action to “<em>promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all</em>”.</p><p>The most sustainable way to drive growth is to raise productivity. This Government is determined to boost productivity by investing in infrastructure, boosting R&amp;D spending, and ensuring businesses can access the finance they need to grow.</p><p>We are also improving skills provision, notably through the introduction of T-levels and a focus on apprenticeships, so that everyone has the skills they need to prosper in the economy of the future.
