answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/02/2018 answer text <p>We do not collect this data centrally</p><p> </p><p>We hold the following information, which is of relevance:</p><p>A data matching exercise between DfE and MoJ found that, of children sentenced in 2014, around 45% of children with short custodial sentences, and 46% with a high-end community sentence have Special Education Needs without a statement (compared with 17% of pupils in state-funded secondary schools).</p><p> </p><p>There are high numbers of young people with special educational needs including speech, language and communication needs in youth custody. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2018 answer text <p>Carillion staff with employment concerns are able to access targeted support from DWP's Rapid Response Service (RRS) via Jobcentre Plus's network of local offices and its national helpline. Given the RRS is a general redundancy service, information on calls specific to Carillion workers is not held centrally.</p><p>The RSS provides advice and support to employers and employees facing the potential threat of redundancy. The Service is co-ordinated nationally by the National Employer and Partnership Team (NEPT) and is managed by Jobcentre Plus. “The Rapid Response Service (RRS) is delivered in partnership with a range of national and local partners, including National Careers Service and local service providers which include local training providers, employers, HMRC, Money Advice Service and the skills bodies.
