We continue to work with our regional and international partners to provide support to speed up the clearance process for ships and improve commercial access. British Officials will hold discussions with UNVIM in Djibouti and Amman in the coming weeks to discuss ways of strengthening the mechanism. We also aim to increase UNVIM's capacity through the deployment of additional inspectors to UNVIM HQ in Djibouti and to ports around the region. We will keep attendance at the course under review, but so far we do not see a need to make this training mandatory.</p><p>The FCO also runs seminars on specific themes. The first roundtable on 23 October 2017 looked at Burma in the light of the Rohingya crisis. The second roundtable on 12 December examined the role of women in tackling religiously motivated violent extremism. These roundtables have been excellent opportunities for the minister and officials to hear the perspectives of faith leaders. Human rights abuses, including the targeting of civilians on the basis of their ethnic identity; the pervasive use of rape; recruitment of child soldiers; forced displacement of civilian populations; and the use of food as a weapon of war, all continue to take place alongside a rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation.</p><p>At the Human Rights Council in March, the UK will make clear that all parties must make concerted efforts to bring these abuses immediately to an end. The solution to the severe human rights and humanitarian crises is political stability. We will therefore also urge all parties to the conflict to engage with the second phase of the High Level Revitalisation Forum with seriousness of purpose. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/02/2018 answer text <p>As a member of the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011) concerning Libya, we regularly discuss the implementation of the UN Libya sanctions regime, including with EU members of the Committee. We have regular discussions on the EU autonomous regime with EU member states in the relevant working groups and the listings are reviewed on a regular basis. We have also done so in routine working group meetings with EU partners concerning the implementation of the EU Regulations and restrictive measures on Libya.
