answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2015 answer text <p>UK Government support to help people both adapt to the impacts of climate change, and to mitigate its future impacts, is delivered in an integrated way through a range of programmes. Tracking spend on adaptation and mitigation only began in 2011 when the International Climate Fund (ICF) was established. In addition, partner governments conduct annual reviews of the effects of the New Alliance at country level.
