answer text <p>The Health and Safety Executive has carried out a limited qualitative survey of self-employed workers. Only those self-employed individuals in occupations where we expect them to be exempt under proposals to exempt certain self employed persons from section 3(2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 responded.</p><p> </p><p>The best estimate is one hour per individual.</p> more like this
