HMRC has reviewed the classification of urine drainage bags and consider the classification 3926 to be correct. This is in line with classification decisions previously issued by the World Customs Organization, which member countries are expected to follow.

The department publishes school place planning estimates as part of the school capacity official statistics publication, available here: https://explore-education-statistics.service.gov.uk/find-statistics/school-capacity.

This contains estimates of future school place shortfalls and surpluses. This data was last published in May 2019 and covered the place planning estimates for mainstream school places in year groups from reception to year 11. The department will be publishing updated school capacity official statistics at the end of March 2022.

Identification of forecast need is carried out at planning area level. This means that within a local authority there may be planning areas forecasting a surplus and others forecasting a need for additional places. Based on the data published in May 2019, an estimated 53,000 primary places and 77,000 secondary places were needed across England to meet demand for academic year 2023/24. Around 17,000 of these primary places and 25,000 of these secondary places are in Education Investment Areas.

The need for places will be an important consideration in determining whether new free schools will be approved and opened. The department will set out more details on the future free school programme in due course.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4703", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Baroness Barran"} } , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Baroness Barran"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2022-02-23", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "groupedQuestionUIN" : {"_value" : "HL6114"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2022-02-23T11:51:34.64Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "60"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Education"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Education"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2022-02-09", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Education: Standards"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "2"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25277", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Lords"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask Her Majesty's Government whether, if there are surplus school places available in the Education Investment Areas, new specialist sixth form free schools will be allowed to be established there.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/1028", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Lord Baker of Dorking"} } , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Lord Baker of Dorking"} ], "uin" : "HL6115"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1217772", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1217772/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "

Environmental organisations make a valuable contribution to the Government's environmental agenda. They do this through conservation of the natural environment; engaging people in the natural world; and providing access to our beautiful landscapes and coastlines.

As we rebuild our economy in response to the coronavirus pandemic, we must continue to shape an economy and society that are cleaner, greener and more resilient. This Government remains committed to being a world leader on tackling the environmental crises we face. Our recently launched £40 million Green Recovery Challenge Fund will support up to 2000 jobs and lead to the creation of up to 3000 more in environmental space.

We welcome the range of proposals that have been shared by groups including environmental organisations to deliver a green recovery. Personal health budgets and the Adoption Support Fund (ASF) are generally used for interventions that are not universally offered or commissioned locally, offering access to support that would not ordinarily be available to meet the child’s needs.

The use of personal health budgets for looked after children and young people is being piloted and independently evaluated. The evaluation includes assessment of the benefits of personal health budgets, including impact on mental health outcomes. Regular reviews also take place at an individual level to ensure the support provided continues to meet the child’s needs.

An independent evaluation of the ASF was published in August 2017, which can be found attached. The government gave a commitment, in ‘Adoption: a vision for change’, also attached, to strengthen the evidence base of ‘what works’ in terms of preventative and therapeutic adoption support. The department is currently exploring ways to achieve this, including through use of the findings of a new independent evaluation of the ASF, monitoring the impact of the fund for children, families, local authorities and providers.

As at March 2017, there are approximately 150 posts in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) whose work relates predominantly to civil nuclear policy.

BEIS holds details of qualifications only where that qualification was a requirement for the post when it was advertised. These records are held on individual staff files and the department would incur disproportionate costs in order to obtain the information. Staff are recruited against the Civil Service competency framework, demonstrating that they possess the required experience and skills.

When developing policy in this area, BEIS also works closely with the Chief Scientific Adviser, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, the National Nuclear Laboratory, and industry experts.

The Government advise drivers of the risks involved in driving after drinking alcohol in a number of ways.

The Department for Transport’s THINK! drink drive campaign raises awareness of the risks and consequences of drink driving. The campaign aims to reinforce the social unacceptability of drink driving and achieve positive behaviour change amongst drivers.

In December 2015, THINK! ran a £2.9 million drink drive campaign. This campaign targeted males aged 17-34, who are disproportionately represented in drink drive killed and seriously injured (KSI) casualty statistics. We advertised this campaign on TV, online video and radio, and supported this with wider PR and social media activity.

In addition we work with partners including Coca-Cola, Budweiser and Johnnie Walker to provide incentives to drivers (such as buy one get one free soft drinks) to avoid drink driving.

THINK! also provide materials to road safety professionals to run campaigns and provide information on the risks of drink driving to drivers locally.

The driving theory test addresses the subject of drink driving and the topic is covered extensively in driving learning materials.

The Government also works with organisations to provide Drink Drive Rehabilitation Schemes (DDRS) for first time offenders. The courses aim to allow reflection of behaviour and achieve behaviour change.
