We welcome the steps Qatar has taken to date on workers\u2019 rights, with the priority now the full implementation and enforcement of those reforms.<\/p>
We encourage continued close collaboration between the Government of Qatar and International Labour Organization during the second phase of their technical cooperation programme \u2013 which runs until the end of 2023. We also welcome continued Qatari cooperation with entities such as the international trade unions.<\/p>
On 4 July, FCDO Minister Milling met the Qatari Minister for Labour in Doha. They discussed Qatar\u2019s progress on labour reforms, and the Ministry\u2019s on-going cooperation with the International Labour Organization.<\/p>

The Crown Prosecution Service does not maintain a central record of prosecutions against domestic abuse complainants for perverting the course of justice and/or wasting police time. Obtaining this information would therefore require a manual review of individual case files which would incur a disproportionate cost.<\/p>
The Crown Prosecution Service takes cases of domestic abuse extremely seriously and is determined to bring perpetrators to justice and ensure victims are protected from repeated offending. The Crown Prosecution Service has specific guidance for prosecutors on how to approach cases where a complaint alleging a false allegation is made. When reaching a prosecution decision Crown Prosecutors apply the two stage test in the Code for Crown Prosecutors.
