In order to continue to support the hospitality sector, the Government recently announced the extension of the temporary off-sales regulatory easement - set out in the Business and Planning Act 2020 - until 31 March 2025. This extension enables holders of licences that only cover \u2018on sales\u2019 to continue to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises, including \u2018takeaway pints\u2019, for a further 18 months.<\/p>

By Open Skies agreement, we have understood the question to refer to the recently agreed Open Skies agreement with the US, which will replace the existing EU aviation agreement with the US. The deal ensures that planes flying from the UK will continue to have the same access they currently have to the US, ensuring the UK maintains its place as one of the world\u2019s leading aviation hubs.<\/p>

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) is measuring National Wellbeing, not
as an index but through a framework of 41 indicators which capture social
progress around important aspects of life for individuals, communities and the
nation. The statistics are experimental and as such we should not expect to
have examples of major policies that have been heavily influenced by the
wellbeing data at this stage. However there is much work going on across
government which is detailed in the evidence provided to the Environmental
