These Regulations will come into effect on Exit Day as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, section 20.<\/p><p>Guidance for businesses has also been published, in the form of the following technical notice: \u2018Geo-blocking of online content if there\u2019s no Brexit deal\u2019.
