This extension enables holders of licences that only cover \u2018on sales\u2019 to continue to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises, including \u2018takeaway pints\u2019, for a further 18 months.<\/p><p>The Government is considering next steps and continues to keep the Licensing Act 2003 under review.<\/p>"}
