Woods &amp; Marshall<\/em>, which was commissioned by the Director of the SFO, was £359,442.37. All licence applications are carefully assessed against the criteria set out in the relevant Regulations.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>OFSI has received a significant increase in the number of legal expenses licence applications since Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine.
