This includes £2 billion announced prior to the Christmas recess for core EU Exit preparations in 2019-20, for both deal and no deal scenarios.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>It is for departments and the Scottish Government to decide how to allocate this funding to Scottish public bodies operating in reserved and devolved areas respectively.
