We have consulted on a Deposit Return Scheme for drinks containers with the response due shortly. We have introduced a plastic packaging tax of £200/tonne on plastic packaging that doesn\u2019t contain at least 30% recycled content and are consulting on a target under the Environment Act to cut residual waste by 50% by 2042. This follows on from restrictions on single use plastics, including carrier bags, where we have also proposed going further still. We also work to help reduce food waste, supporting the Courtauld Commitment which works for a more sustainable supply chain tackling food waste, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and water use and aims to halve food waste by 2030.<\/p>"}

Due to the complexities in how disposals are scored, it is difficult to provide the information over the time period you have requested. We can, however, readily provide information over four financial years \u2013 2016/17 to 2019/20. Over this period, Network Rail has contracted to sell land capable of accommodating 8,180 homes and has generated a gross value of £237m. As well as these \u2018business as usual\u2019 disposals, Network Rail has also disposed of a long term interest in the majority of its Arches portfolio raising in excess £1.3bn in receipts from the disposal of a 250 year lease in over 5,000 tenanted spaces around the country in February 2019. The revenue made from these disposals forms part of the income which is reinvested in the railways.<\/p>"}

NHS England is working with PCSE to address a range of historical and current issues, and implement new, consistent national processes. These replace a range of different local legacy processes. PCSE does not administer GP salaries.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>There is no data available on the average length of time taken to process changes in a GP\u2019s circumstances in 2016-17. The speed of processing changes in a GP\u2019s circumstances depends on the availability of complete information from the applicant, and appropriate authorisations for the change from relevant parties. NHS England has reported that recently received changes are typically being processed in two to six weeks.<\/p><p>Information on the number of overpayments and underpayments of GP pension contributions at 31 March 2017 is not yet available. It will be possible to calculate pension contributions for the year to 31 March 2017 in February 2018, once GPs have submitted details of their earnings for the financial year 2016/17.<\/p>"}
