Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children will not be considered for relocation to Rwanda under the MEDP, in line with our inadmissibility guidance.<\/p>
No one undergoing an age assessment, or legally challenging the outcome of an assessment, will be relocated until that process is fully concluded.<\/p>
Everyone considered for relocation will be screened and have access to legal advice. The Government is committed to ensuring that every looked after child receives the high quality care they need in a placement that is suitable for them. We are working with partners to increase the number of suitable placements for unaccompanied asylum seeking children.<\/p>

Local authorities may apply for funding through the £140m Controlling Migration Fund to support capacity building including the recruitment, approval and training of foster carers. In addition, we are funding the Refugee Council and ECPAT to deliver training for foster carers and support workers across the country who are not experienced in working with unaccompanied asylum seeking or refugee children. The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) licences the disposal of dredged material at sea under the Marine and Coastal access Act 2009.<\/p>
Lantic Bay (PL060) is an approved disposal site that has been in use for a number of years. Since vesting the MMO has issued three licences for disposing dredged material at the Lantic Bay disposal site:<\/p>
Mustafa Dzhemilev, former leader of the Crimean Tatars and Refat Chubarov, his successor, are currently living in exile in Kyiv. They have both been banned from entering Crimea for a period of five years by the so called Crimean \u201cauthorities\u201d on fabricated charges of extremism. The Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Aylesbury (Mr Lidington), met Mustafa Dzhemilev on 4 December in the margins of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Ministerial Council in Basel. He expressed UK concerns at the harassment and intimidation being experienced by the Crimean Tatar community since the illegal annexation of the peninsula by Russia in March last year and reaffirmed the UK\u2019s solidarity with the people of Crimea.
