The audit forms part of our drive to improve productivity across the public sector by driving down waste and improving performance.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The findings and actions of the audit will be announced by the Chancellor in the Autumn.<\/p><p> <\/p>"}

GEO staff will also have access to additional Department for Education provided training courses, as GEO obtains its HR support through this department.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Additionally, staff may receive more informal training and learning and development opportunities through shadowing, mentoring and on the job learning from colleagues and others, particularly those working on devolution isses.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Information about individual staff training, learning and development is not collected centrally.<\/p>"}
