Highways England is on schedule to open the M3 Smart Motorway between junctions 2 and 4a on 30 June 2017.<\/p>

This has included full low noise resurfacing of the carriageways. Violence of any kind is abhorrent and the Government will do what is necessary to ensure the safety of its citizens and protect national security.
