The Secretary of State continues to have regular conversations with ministerial colleagues across Government on all aspects of exiting the EU.<\/p>

Friend, the Secretary of State for Education\u2019s social mobility ambition, but it is right for local authorities to decide how to use them as part of the wider system of local services.
