Health and Wellbeing forms part of the Department for Exiting the European Union\u2019s commitment to making the Department a great place to work. The proportion of sickness absence related to stress related reasons was 8.6% of the overall sickness absence for the department for the same time period.<\/p>

This represented 3.6% of DFID\u2019s workforce and 21% of the overall sickness absence for the department during this period.
