Our reforms will close down ageing and ineffective prisons and replace them with buildings fit for today\u2019s demands. Our new prison estate will create the physical conditions for Governors to achieve better educational, training and rehabilitation outcomes.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>My officials are in regular contact with the Department for Communities and Local Government about the progress of the public sector land programme. The bids for the former Holloway prison and young offender institution have been received and we will be evaluating them. They are commercially sensitive and no decision has been made on the successful tenderer.<\/p>"}

      ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/794269/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "<p>We have no plans to make changes to the national curriculum, but our Supporting Mental Health in Schools and Colleges survey, published in August 2017, sets out information on what schools are already doing to promote good mental health and well-being through teaching and pastoral support.<\/p><p>We are considering how we can build on this strong base to improve the support that is provided to children and young people in schools and will include proposals in the Children and Young People\u2019s Mental Health Green Paper to be published by the end of this year.<\/p><p>In particular, as required by the Children and Social Work Act 2017, we are taking work forward to develop regulations and associate guidance for mandatory Relationships Education in primary schools and Relationships and Sex Education in secondary schools. The content of the guidance will include the role of physical and mental well-being in forming and maintaining healthy relationships. We plan to consult on a draft of the regulations and guidance next year.<\/p>"}

For children and young people\u2019s mental health services, this includes a requirement to increase access, so that 70,000 more people receive specialist treatment nationally by 2020, and to expand eating disorder services so that the new waiting time standard is met.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A joint letter to CCGs and trusts sent by NHS England Directors on 27 February 2017 specifically asked for confirmation that funds for children and young people were being used for the purpose intended.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>NHS England published, for the first time in October 2016, a new integrated Five Year Forward View for Mental Health Dashboard. This shows what each CCG is spending on children\u2019s mental health services.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>This Mental Health Dashboard is designed to improve the transparency and accountability of CCGs, both to NHS England and to the populations they serve.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>NHS England\u2019s Mental Health Investment Standard requires CCGs to increase their mental health spend in line with their overall increase in allocation each year. This is planned to be met across England as a whole in 2017/18 and 2018/19.<\/p>"}
