The valuation date is 31 March 2019 and was conducted by the Valuation Office Agency. In addition to the above the House of Lords has one residential property which is currently in the process of being sold.<\/p>
The Visitor Reception Building, separate from the Palace of Westminster, is shared with the House of Commons \u2013 as at 31 March 2019 the valuation of the House of Lords\u2019 share (40%) was £6m.<\/p>
