I last discussed these issues with Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari at the UK-Iraq bilateral Joint Committee, held in London on 12 October.<\/p><p>The Conflict, Stability and Security Fund is one of a number of means of support that the UK deploys in support of the Government of Iraq, complementing diplomatic and communications efforts.
