This matter has been comprehensively debated on many occasions in Parliament. The Government will not be making changes to its policy on state pension age for women born in the 1950s, in respect of the 1995, 2007 and 2011 Pension Acts. DWP Ministers have met with a number of constituents who have been affected by changes to the State Pension age.<\/p>

If the claimant loses their entitlement to these components, they will no longer be eligible for a vehicle under the Motability Scheme.
