We keep anti-social behaviour policy under review through a National Anti-social Behaviour Strategic Board which brings together a range of partners and representatives from key agencies, including the police, local government, and other Government departments, to consider the effectiveness of the powers introduced in the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. We also published refreshed statutory guidance for frontline professionals on the use of these powers on 24 December 2017.

We are aware of the Victims’ Commissioner’s report on anti-social behaviour, published on 30 April, and which makes several recommendations, including on improvements to the Community Trigger process. We will carefully
consider the findings and recommendations in this report.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4399", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Victoria Atkins"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Louth and Horncastle"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Victoria Atkins"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2019-06-10", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "groupedQuestionUIN" : {"_value" : "257770"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2019-06-10T12:03:33.617Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Home Office"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Home Office"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2019-05-23", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Antisocial Behaviour"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment he has made of the effectiveness of the Community Trigger process in the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4444", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Karin Smyth"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Bristol South"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Karin Smyth"} ], "uin" : "257769"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1128474", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Home Office"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1128474/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "

The Home Office does not the hold the specific information requested in a reportable format. The department undertakes a wide range of enforcement action. This action includes application of sanctions against individuals and employers, prosecution of foreign national criminals, the disruption of serious and organised crime as well as our work to encourage and enforce the return of those who have no legal right to stay in the UK. The department does publish information on returns. Published returns figures only include those who have been removed not all of those who were subject to immigration enforcement action.

The Home Office publishes the number of returns from the UK, by year in table rt_01 (returns data tables, volume 1) in ‘Immigration Statistics, year ending March 2019’, available from the GOV.uk website at:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/803173/returns1-mar-2019-tables.ods.

Further information about Immigration Enforcement activity is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/immigration-enforcement-data-may-2019

As detailed at paragraph 5 in the published information linked above; The Home Office is proposing to review the enforcement data that it publishes in order to ensure it provides a comprehensive overview of the detention and returns system. This will involve a consultation in 2019, where it will invite public views on its proposals.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4048", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Caroline Nokes"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Romsey and Southampton North"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Caroline Nokes"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2019-06-05", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2019-06-05T13:35:22.327Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Home Office"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Home Office"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2019-05-23", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Immigration: Enforcement"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people where subject to immigration enforcement action in each of the last five years.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4425", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Jo Stevens"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Cardiff Central"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Jo Stevens"} ], "uin" : "257765"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1128511", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Home Office"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1128511/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "

Whilst the Home Office does not keep overall data relating to delays in the issuing of Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs), it does closely monitor the service level agreements (SLAs) with partners relating to the successful production and delivery of BRPs. The Home Office is also able, on a case by case basis, to check whether and how quickly a BRP was produced and delivered.

Where the Home Office is made aware of a problem with BRP production, collection or delivery, the department aims to respond within 5 working days. Production problems are also closely monitored within the department and resolved urgently in order that an applicant receives their BRP within 10 working days of their decision being made.

In relation to BRP production the DVLA, who produce the BRPs, have an SLA to personalise 90% of BRPs within one working day of receipt and the remaining 10% within two working days of receipt.

The delivery partner, DX, is required to collect BRPs from the DVLA daily, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and then attempt first delivery within 48 hours of receipt (working days only) in 99% of cases.

DVLA and DX both met these SLAs for 2018/19 and continue to do so.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4048", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Caroline Nokes"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Romsey and Southampton North"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Caroline Nokes"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2019-06-04", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2019-06-04T11:49:19.217Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Home Office"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Home Office"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2019-05-23", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Biometric Residence Permits: Applications"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for what reason his Department does not retain data on delays in the issue of Biometric Resident Permits.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/1524", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Dame Meg Hillier"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Hackney South and Shoreditch"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Meg Hillier"} ], "uin" : "257699"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1128512", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Home Office"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1128512/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "
