It is the Government\u2019s position that the Withdrawal Agreement is a good deal for the UK.<\/p>
Parliament has voted against no deal three times, and it is clear that there is no Parliamentary majority for leaving without a deal.<\/p>
We will continue to prepare for all Brexit scenarios. A bad deal would be one which did not deliver on the referendum result, or did not allow the UK to take back control of our laws, money, and borders. Since the very beginning, the Prime Minister has made citizens\u2019 rights our priority for negotiations.<\/p>
The Withdrawal Agreement will provide citizens with the certainty they need about their rights going forward. This means that all UK nationals lawfully residing in a Member State, including Poland, at the end of the implementation period will be able to stay and continue living their lives broadly as now.<\/p>
All Member States have announced the arrangements that would apply to UK nationals in a no deal scenario. Poland has offered to preserve the rights of UK nationals and their family members residing in Poland when we leave the EU.<\/p>
