Schemes are also being developed in Guildford, Godalming, Leatherhead and Byfleet.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>In the South East the Environment Agency has better protected 42,000 homes between 2010 - 2015 and forecast to better protect nearly 80,000 more homes by 2021.<\/p>"}
