In the Industrial Strategy Green Paper published in January 2017, the Government set out an ambitious plan to encourage ongoing learning throughout peoples\u2019 working lives. The Spring Budget allocated up to £40m to fund pilots over the next two years which will help understand how best to engage adults about the opportunities and benefits of training.<\/p>
