A Bomber Command Clasp was approved by Her Majesty the Queen following the Independent Military Medal Review (2012). The Committee on the Grant of Honours, Decorations and Medals Committee (the \u201cHD Committee\u201d) is re-establishing the Advisory Military Sub-Committee, with an independent chair, to examine historic military medals claims. Any recommendation from that Sub-Committee will then go back to the HD Committee to advise Her Majesty the Queen. The Sub-Committee is expected to start work in 2019. The Sub-Committee has not been asked to re-consider the issue of a medal for Bomber Command; but it will be open to the Sub-Committee to review historic claims as it sees fit.<\/p>
The Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) and the Prosperity Fund are both cross-Government funds. Neither has programmes specifically supporting sexual and reproductive health and rights. The CSSF\u2019s portfolio includes programmes which seek to prevent sexual violence in conflict situations and which empower women to seek justice. The Prosperity Fund portfolio will include programmes in the health sector.<\/p> <\/p> More broadly, all ODA funded CSSF and Prosperity Fund programmes must comply with the 2014 International Development (Gender Equality) Act. This means integrating activities which are likely to contribute to reducing gender inequality.<\/p> <\/p> More information on the CSSF, including details on spend broken down by theme, can be found in the CSSF annual report<\/a>. Information on the Prosperity Fund can be found in its 2016/17 annual report<\/a>, with updated information available in the next annual report, due later this year.<\/p>"}

Vulnerabilities cannot be allowed to undermine the integrity of our democracy.<\/p> <\/p> The Electoral Commission collates and publishes information on allegations of electoral fraud at elections each year. Reports for 2014 - 2017 polls are available on the Electoral Commission website and a report covering polls held in 2018 will be published in due course.<\/p> <\/p> The success of the voter ID pilots proves that this is a reasonable and proportionate measure and voters were fully aware of the changes on polling day.
