Within the Critical Minerals Strategy, we are seeking to maximise what the UK can produce domestically, where viable for businesses and where it works for communities and our natural environment. As part of this effort, we commissioned an assessment of the UK\u2019s geological potential for critical mineral extraction. In April this year, the Critical Minerals Intelligence Centre published its report on \u201cPotential for Critical Raw Material Prospectivity in the UK\u201d, <\/em>which highlighted the UK\u2019s potential to produce a variety of critical minerals, including lithium \u2013 a key ingredient of electric vehicles. The Government has not made an assessment of this report. As set out in our Manifesto, the Government is committed to making it easier for father and partners to take Paternity Leave. In 2019, we also consulted on high-level options and principles for reforming the parental leave and pay system. We have analysed the responses to the consultation and will publish our response in due course.<\/p>
