The dispute resolution mechanisms adopted as part of our future relationship with the EU, including on nuclear energy cooperation, will be a matter for negotiation and the government is considering the implications of various models.<\/p>
Euratom and the EU share a common institutional framework including a role for the Commission, decision-making in the Council and the Court of Justice of the EU, and a shared budget, making them uniquely legally joined.<\/p>
