Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team (PMST) has three recorded instances of this roller towel being reported to its Helpdesk \u2013 on 18/06/19, 09/09/19 and 16/10/19.<\/p>
On each occasion a reactive works request was correctly raised and a tradesperson attended; however this particular roller towel is located in a stainless steel housing which means our standard roller towels do not fit so we were unable to resolve the issue on our initial visit and the requests were incorrectly closed.<\/p>
PMST apologises for this oversight and is pleased to confirm that a new modified roller towel has now been installed. The Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards (PCS) was fully consulted during the process of drawing up options for implementing the third Cox recommendation.
