Facilities and building management services are provided to the Treasury under a 35-year PFI Agreement with Exchequer Partnerships. The cost of these services, which are delivered by Exchequer Partnership\u2019s subcontractors, is included in the Unitary Payment.<\/p>
The Unitary Payment is uplifted annually by indexation. The question concerns the future relationship between the UK and the EIB. This is something that will be determined as part of the negotiations on the UK\u2019s exit from the EU and the Government will not be giving a running commentary on these negotiations.
