We are appalled by the reports of prisoners of war, protected under the Geneva Conventions, being executed in Avdiivka. Summary execution is a war crime. We note that the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has opened an investigation into these allegations. We are committed to hold to account those responsible for committing atrocities in Ukraine. In December 2023, the FCDO announced £3.7 million to support the investigation and prosecution of war crimes committed in Ukraine. This includes funding for the training of Ukrainian prosecutors in the use of open-source intelligence and the expansion of the OPORA War Crimes Documentation Centre in Poland.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4600", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Leo Docherty"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Aldershot"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Leo Docherty"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2024-02-22", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2024-02-22T14:24:09.13Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "208"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2024-02-20", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Ukraine: Prisoners of War"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Minister of State, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, what assessment he has made of the accuracy of reports that Russian soldiers have executed Ukrainian prisoners of war in Avdiivka.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/1487", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Mr Tobias Ellwood"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Bournemouth East"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Mr Tobias Ellwood"} ], "uin" : "14821"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1689845", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1689845/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "

The Property Portal is being designed in line with the Government’s Digital Service Standard. One of these Standards is to ‘Make sure that everyone can use the service’ including disabled people, people who do not have access to the internet or lack the skills or confidence to use it. We also intend for the Property Portal to have offline routes available to all users. To support this, the next phase of digital development of the Property Portal will include ongoing accessibility testing with representatives from all user groups.

The Government is committed to supporting patient access to promising and innovative new treatments, including treatments for lobular breast cancer. Research is crucial in the fight against cancer, and in developing tailored treatments for lobular breast cancer specifically. That is why the Department invests in health and care research through the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), which had a research expenditure of over £121.8 million for all cancers for 2022/23.

The Lobular Moonshot Project is a high-level request for research fellowships and projects in lobular breast cancer, to be funded by the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). In 2022 the NIHR awarded £29 million to the ICR and its partner, the Royal Marsden, through the NIHR Biomedical Research Centres competition. This award includes work on lobular breast cancer. The NIHR encourages research proposals in lobular breast cancer to compete for its health and care research funding. Applications are subject to peer review and judged in open competition with awards being made on the basis of value for money and scientific quality.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4044", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Andrew Stephenson"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Pendle"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Andrew Stephenson"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2024-02-22", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2024-02-22T11:36:34.28Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "17"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Health and Social Care"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Health and Social Care"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2024-02-19", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Breast Cancer: Medical Treatments"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment she has made of the implications for her policies on the treatment of lobular breast cancer of the Institute of Cancer Research's Lobular Moonshot Project.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/1409", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Mr Gregory Campbell"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "East Londonderry"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Mr Gregory Campbell"} ], "uin" : "14482"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1689858", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Department for Work and Pensions"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1689858/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "
