A number of developers and freeholders have already agreed to fund the costs of remediation and not pass these on to leaseholders. Following the announcement of the fund many of these have agreed to maintain their commitment. The owners or developers who have made these commitments include Taylor Wimpey, Legal and General, Mace Group, Lendlease, Barratt Developments and Aberdeen Standard Investments.
