The Secretary of State has regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues in order to ensure effective scrutiny of trade policy. The Government recognises the importance of free trade agreements (FTAs) receiving thorough scrutiny and the CRaG process provides Parliament with this opportunity.<\/p>
