Permanent staff in the Law Officers\u2019 Departments have been entitled to apply for flexible working for a number of years. However, complete records of the number of employees who may have applied for flexible working are not maintained. The information that is available is detailed below.<\/p>

The Treasury Solicitor\u2019s Department (TSol) only keeps records of flexible working patterns that impact directly on pay and annual leave, and no separate record is held of applications made under a statutory right. The current position, as at 31/10/2014, in respect of compressed hours and part-time working is detailed in the table below.<\/p>
