Local Squadrons also regularly set up recruitment stands in town centres to encourage word of mouth recommendation.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The most important thing is getting Cadets gliding again. This is ramping up this year and will be fully in place in 2018.<\/p><p> <\/p>"}
