These projects were delivered between 2013 and 2017 and were not associated in any way with the promotion of tobacco products. The Government takes very seriously its obligations as a Party to the World Health Organization\u2019s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. HMG in Malaysia has not co-financed or partnered in any way with tobacco companies whether through our Prosperity or Global Britain Funds.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Foreign and Commonwealth Office-led programmes follow the standards set out by Her Majesty's Treasury. Our High Commission in New Delhi monitors the human rights situation in India and maintains a dialogue with the Indian National Commission for Minorities often via our Consulate General in the country.<\/p><p>FCO officials in New Delhi also regularly meet senior faith leaders to discuss issues such as religious tolerance, including most recently with a representative from a Christian organisation in India in June.
