The Ministry of Defence's (MOD) 'Thank You' scheme allows for managers to reward staff with a non-cash gift, typically vouchers, up to a maximum of £100. MOD operates its Thank You voucher scheme at an individual business unit level; the award, purchase and allocation is handled by individual financial units within the scheme rules up to a maximum of 0.1 per cent of the relevant pay bill.
