The terms \u201cfatal\u201d and \u201cnon-fatal\u201d do not appear.<\/p> The amendments in the name of Baroness Meacher and Baroness Hollis of Heigham passed by the House on 26 October withheld the House\u2019s agreement to the Tax Credits (Income Thresholds and Determination of Rates) Regulations 2015.<\/p>"}
