The UK Government has provided the Welsh Government with £69 million to roll out superfast broadband right across Wales. So far, this investment has connected almost 300,000 more homes and businesses in Wales to first class digital infrastructure, including premises along the border.<\/p>
I have discussed the improvements that this investment will bring to Wales with the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, the Minister for Culture and the Digital Economy and Broadband Delivery UK.<\/p>

In May 2014, the Welsh Government published guidance on asbestos management in schools to ensure that head teachers, school governors and other members of the school management team are aware of requirements in respect of asbestos management procedures and legislation.<\/p>
The Department for Education is undertaking a review of asbestos policy for schools in England and has committed to sharing the outcomes from this work with the Welsh Government.<\/p>

As part of the decision making process, the Wales Office ensured that the Department for Transport gave due consideration to whether people should be allowed to choose which UK national flag to have on their licence. This work showed that the cost of offering a choice of national flags was excessive. It also allows hon and Rt hon Members to receive their answers instantly once uploaded, and on the electronic platform of their choosing.<\/p> One of the benefits of the new system is the possibility for the reporting of the timeliness of answers to Parliamentary Questions to be delivered with greater consistency and accuracy across all answering bodies.<\/p> It will be for the Procedure Committee to evaluate the effectiveness of the new system in improving performance when it assesses the evidence following the end of the session.<\/p> <\/p>"}
