The Reproductive Health, Sexual Health and HIV Innovation Fund is a competitive grant scheme first started by Public Health England (PHE) which aimed to encourage local innovation to reduce the impact of HIV and improve sexual and reproductive health in England, with the first four cohorts addressing HIV only.
