The UK is not subject to any centres for investor-state dispute settlement. However, we have included reference to a number of institutions related to international dispute resolution in our bilateral investment treaties: the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), a part of the World Bank, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
