We will ensure home ownership is within the reach of many more people.<\/p><p>The Government is committed to increase first-time buyer numbers in all regions, and will do so by looking at all of the factors that influence ownership levels, including housing supply and the availability of low deposit mortgages. <br> <br>We will also explore further options to limit the competition first-time buyers face.
